Private Yoga Class

A private yoga session is a one-on-one yoga lesson. During a private yoga class together you can focus on your specific needs, such as

Mat Pilates Class

Using just a mat and small props, the class targets the core, glutes, legs, arms, and posture muscles while promoting balance and body awareness.

Suitable for all levels, Mat Pilates helps improve posture, increase mobility, and create a long, lean, and strong body. Each session leaves you feeling energized, centered, and more connected to your body.

Perfect for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals, as well as experienced clients looking to deepen their practice, recover from injury, or refine technique.
