WORKSHOP YOGA BEGINNERS & FUNDAMENTALS

A technical, very helpful 90 minute session not only for beginners, but for those who want to deepen their foundation of yoga, you will be surprised how much you will learn with this workshop.

If you are new, but also not new to yoga, this is essential! We will break down the foundations of suryanamaskar, chaturanga, bhandas, how to distribute weight on hands, the ujjayi breathe and a little bit of philosophy.

With so much attention for details and alignments you will learn the essential for an amazing start up of your yoga journey!!! And if you have already your practice you will definitely improve some aspects and skills.

If you being practicing for a while remember that is very good to refresh the foundations and you will be amazed by discovering something that maybe you didn’t get the chance to learn during a 60 minutes flow class.

Find Your Inner Calm : Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Journey Experience of Yin Yoga and sound healing in this deeply restorative and unique session. Guided by two experienced facilitators—one focusing on postural adjustments and the other creating healing soundscapes with Tibetan metal bowls.

Finding Hanumanasana – front splits (hip and hamstring opening) for beginners to advance practitioners Discover the art of flexibility and balance in this 90-minute yoga workshop designed to guide you toward Hanumanasana (splits).

In a yin session, Reiki enhances relaxation and stillness, helping to release tension and deepen the meditative state. Reiki’s gentle energy flow supports this by encouraging a meditative state, reducing stress, and enhancing the body’s receptivity to the physical and energetic benefits of the yoga
